Senior AI developer (Python).
We are looking for a lead engineer capable of redesigning our SDLC, implementing Spec-Driven Development practices, and integrating AI agents into the corporate infrastructure.

What kind of specialist we are looking for
As Senior AI developer you will:
- Audit current development processes and select 2–3 pilot scenarios with measurable impact.
- Design the target development process, including specifications, acceptance criteria, and built-in checks (SDD).
- Set up the infrastructure for deploying AI agents (orchestration, RAG, tools, observability)—from prototyping to production.
- Integrate AI tools with existing systems (CI/CD, issue trackers, repositories).
- Develop standards for security, quality assessment, and cost monitoring.
- Translate ML metrics into business KPIs and defend technical solutions to business stakeholders and senior management.
- Act as a technical leader, mentor teams, conduct code reviews, help engineers work effectively with AI, and coordinate efforts with architects, DevOps, InfoSec, and senior management.
What is required for work:
- 5+ years of Python development experience.
- Proficiency in a web framework such as FastAPI or Flask.
- API design (REST / gRPC / WebSocket).
- Experience designing the architecture of large-scale modules.
- Deep understanding of the full SDLC; ability to establish processes, not just write code.
- Experience working with incomplete requirements and communicating with both developers and business stakeholders/clients.
- Technical leadership: experience leading at least one project from concept to production, making architectural decisions, and mentoring colleagues.
- Understanding of enterprise security requirements and the ability to design systems with information security in mind (vendor- and framework-agnostic).
