As Data Scientist you will:
- Analysis of key metrics of products, user behavior;
- Participation in the formation of KPI for business;
- Extraction of large amounts of data from various internal and external sources with subsequent analysis;
- Collection and analysis of data, construction of segmentation, visualization of results in an accessible readable form;
- Formation and testing of hypotheses, preparation of proposals for business based on research;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of mailings, suggestions for optimization;
- Continuous improvement of existing predictive models and construction of new ones (churn, scoring, fraud, CLV, etc.).
What is required for work:
- Higher education in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in ML and data analysis;
- Strong Python skills, understanding of data structures, debugging skills, and the ability to write reliable, maintainable production code;
- Experience with SQL, Git, and OOP;
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with classical machine learning algorithms (linear models, decision trees, ensembles, time series analysis, clustering, etc.);
- Excellent understanding of model validation processes and machine learning metrics;
- Hands-on experience with ML tools and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, CatBoost, etc.;
- Experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data visualization;
- Ability to apply statistical methods to analyze data, validate hypotheses, and extract insights;
- Experience communicating with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into ML tasks.
