Business Analyst / Systems Analyst.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the lifetech team and contribute to the development and enhancement of corporate information systems.

What kind of specialist we are looking for
As a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst, you will:
- work with customers and other stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements;
- analyze, agree on, and prioritize requirements, assessing the impact of changes on processes and systems;
- model and document business processes using BPMN and UML;
- define user interface requirements and create mockups and prototypes;
- design and document APIs and system integrations;
- prepare requirements specifications, project documentation, and technical documentation;
- estimate the effort required for analysis and design tasks;
- define tasks for development and testing teams and clarify requirements;
- support the project team throughout the software development lifecycle.
What is required for work:
- a university degree in a technical field, physics, or mathematics;
- at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in software development and implementation;
- experience contributing to successfully delivered software development and implementation projects;
- a deep understanding of application architecture and how components interact;
- knowledge of microservices architecture principles and service-to-service communication;
- experience designing REST APIs, including defining contracts, versioning, and documentation;
- experience working with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka), including designing event exchange, queues, and routing;
- strong SQL skills, an understanding of data structures and normalization principles, and experience writing queries for data analysis;
- business process modeling skills using BPMN and UML;
- experience writing technical requirements and specifications for development teams;
- an understanding of Agile principles and experience working with Scrum and Kanban;
- experience working with Jira and Confluence.
Would be a plus:
- experience working with CRM systems or on telecom projects;
- experience working with BSS solutions;
- familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Draw.io, and Miro;
- an understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices;
- experience working with API testing and documentation tools (Postman, Swagger) and log monitoring tools (Elastic);
- experience using Git for version control.
