Business Analyst/Progect manager.
We are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager for projects for a mobile operator.

Our expectations:
- Higher technical or physical and mathematical education;
- Experience as an analyst, project manager from 1 year in the development and implementation of software;
- Experience in requirements management, preparation of functional specifications, technical documentation.
- Experience in participating in successful software development and implementation projects.
- Experience in developing specifications for technical requirements for software products;
- Experience in developing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Validations Plan;
- Sufficient knowledge in the field of project management. Understanding your role in the project, general understanding of the project life cycle;
- Experience in preparing and conducting presentations based on the results of work / training seminars;
- Experience in designing solutions for automating the company's activities based on the results of business analysis;
- Knowledge of the basics of software development;
- Experience with BSS solutions preferred;
- Possession of a line of version control products (GIT, SVN) is welcome;
- Preferred experience in Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint;
- Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies is preferred;
- Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban methodologies is welcome;
- Knowledge of the main CRM business processes in the segment of telecom companies is welcome; eTOM methodology;
- Pronounced leadership qualities, result orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Working with stakeholders to collect and refine requirements;
- Analysis and agreement on the exact wording of requirements (confirmation of requirements by a focus group), development and agreement on user requirements specifications;
- Development of Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Validations Plan;
- Writing user story, use case;
- Preparation of sketches, mock-ups, prototypes;
- Work with a cross-functional team;
- Requirements prioritization, impact analysis;
- Advising the project team on the subject area and system requirements;
- Evaluation of labor costs for performing analysis and design tasks.
